The technique of deliberate deceleration through mindfulness is a valuable instrument to regain inner stability and balance. By learning a daily exercise for increasing mindfulness, the sensibility for sensivity to stress decreases, the capability of capacity for concentration and performance rises and calmness, power and clarity appear.

30 days – 30 exercises. All exercises follow the principle of simplicity, are not time consuming, don’t cost anything and do not need any preparation. The participant can even intensify the deceleration by repeating the daily exercise also the following days as well.

Body and soul may calm down leading to an increased well-being. The 5 Minute meditation sessions can be integrated into a daily routine. They are easy to learn and to execute, since they follow the InnerBalance principle: The easier the exercise the more sustainable the effect, because the essential is always simple by nature.
